We are looking for a
highly responsible and motivated Multi-Shop Manager
to oversee the daily operations of ourpharmacy and bookshop branches
. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning, excellent customer service, and effective team performance across all locations.Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise operations of all shops (pharmacy and bookshop). Ensure excellent customer experience and smooth day-to-day running. Monitor sales, targets, and staff performance. Handle stock control, supplier coordination, and ordering. Maintain high standards of shop presentation and cleanliness. ensure timely communication. Lead, motivate, and train staff to achieve company goals. Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of proven experience
managing retail shops (pharmacy or similar). Can speak Arabic and English. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Good knowledge of inventory and sales management. Ability to multitask and handle multiple locations. UAE experience preferred.What We Offer
