Job Opening: Manager - Accounts Executive

We are looking for a proactive and skilled

Manager - Accounts Executive

to join our accounting and tax consulting firm in

Sharjah

. The ideal candidate should either hold a

Chartered Accountant (CA)

qualification from India

or

have a

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance

with

strong hands-on experience

in accounting, taxation, and financial advisory. This is a key leadership role that demands technical excellence, process ownership, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting and Financial Management:

Manage daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and ledger finalization. Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS. Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decisions.

Tax Compliance and Advisory:

Oversee VAT and UAE Corporate Tax return filing and ensure ongoing compliance. Assist clients in tax planning, tax efficiency, and FTA-related matters. Represent clients during tax audits and regulatory reviews.

Audit and Controls:

Manage internal audits and coordinate with external auditors. Implement effective internal controls to minimize risks. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure audit-readiness of client records.

Team Management and Leadership:

Guide and supervise junior accountants and assistants. Monitor performance, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery of client deliverables. Provide ongoing training and knowledge-sharing to the team.

Client Service and Communication:

Build strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery. Understand client needs and deliver tailored accounting/tax solutions. Regularly engage with clients on business and regulatory updates.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
