Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger, payables, receivables, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and UAE VAT regulations.
Ensure proper accounting for commissions, project-based revenue, and leasing transactions.
2. Billing & Revenue Management
Manage the full billing cycle for property sales and leasing transactions, including invoicing, payment collections, and reconciliations.
Track broker commissions, generate payout statements, and manage inter-company billing if applicable.
Implement controls to ensure timely and accurate billing and collection.
3. ERP System Management
Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, or industry-specific platforms).
Ensure integration between finance, CRM, sales, and inventory modules.
Train and support staff in ERP utilization and data accuracy.
4. Compliance & Audit
Ensure full compliance with UAE tax laws, especially VAT filing and documentation requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors and internal compliance teams to support audits and financial reviews.
Maintain proper documentation for all transactions and ensure timely statutory submissions.
5. Budgeting & Forecasting
Assist in annual budgeting exercises and provide monthly variance analysis.
Develop cash flow forecasts and financial models for project feasibility or broker performance.
Monitor cost controls and recommend improvements to optimize expenses.
6. Internal Controls & Process Improvement
Develop and implement internal financial controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Automate recurring processes and reduce manual errors through ERP and digital workflows.
Conduct regular system and process audits for risk mitigation.
7. Stakeholder Coordination
Act as a financial liaison with business heads, sales teams, property developers, landlords, and government authorities.
Collaborate with HR for payroll accounting and incentive/commission disbursements.
Support management with financial insights and reports for decision-making.
Desired Profile:
Education:
Graduate in Commerce / MBA (Finance)
Experience:
Minimum
5 years
in in real estate brokerage or property development.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, cash flow, billing, and commission management
Hands-on experience with UAE VAT, RERA, and DLD compliance
Knowledge in ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho, etc.) and integration with CRM systems
Capable of leading ERP implementations, automation, and financial system optimization
Advanced Excel, financial analysis, MIS reporting, and KPI dashboard creation
Strong team leadership, internal control setup, audit coordination, and process improvement
Detail-oriented, ethical, and capable of cross-functional collaboration
Additional Requirements:
