Bellevue Medical Center in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced and dynamic
Clinic Manager
to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning, high-quality patient care, and efficient coordination between departments. This role demands strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the clinic ensuring high-quality service delivery. Manage clinic staff schedules, attendance, and performance. Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and clinic licensing requirements. Maintain inventory and coordinate procurement of medical and office supplies. Handle patient complaints, inquiries, and ensure a smooth patient journey. Coordinate maintenance of the clinic's equipment and facilities. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff. Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the clinic's reputation.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Clinic Manager or similar role in a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of DOH regulations and healthcare compliance. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
