Management Support Senior Specialist - for the Global Head of Services Sales and Premium Portfolio
About the Role
SAP is seeking a Management Support Senior Specialist to provide high-level administrative, operational, and project support to senior leadership, including Board Members, GET, and L1 executives. You will manage daily office operations, support executive workflows, and contribute independently to cross-functional initiatives.
What You Will Do

• Manage complex executive calendars, inboxes, and correspondence
• Coordinate business travel, agendas, and expense processes
• Prepare reports, documentation, presentations, and project materials
• Support accounting, controlling, and reporting activities
• Maintain accurate filing systems and CRM data
• Coordinate department-wide events and programs
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects with internal teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders inside and outside SAP

• Several years of experience in senior administrative or management support roles
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and solve complex issues
• Experience supporting senior executives in dynamic environments
