The key objective for this role:
This role will report to the Contract Manager for the Project. The change management engineer will be responsible for leading delivering the change process and deliverables associated with the ADNOC P5 Habshan P5 project and will play a key role in ensuring the project team understands both the basis of the project scope and the Contract and what constitutes a qualifying change to that basis. The change management engineer will have the responsibility to expediently communicate impact of any change of scope to Project Management and communicate same to Client representatives in accordance with the Contract and Change Management Procedure.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Apply the change methodology for the project
Develop the scope of the change with the relevant stakeholders
Develop initial order of magnitude cost estimate and high level schedule impact
Assess the Change impact- Carry out change impact assessments across areas impacted ensuring all aspects of change are captured engineering, procurement, project and construction management, construction etc.
Work with Project team members to drive consistent and positive message about the changes
Create and execute communication and stakeholder plans to engage users, support the business and facilitate change
Development of engagement packs and materials, ensuring alignment with key project messaging
Report progress to Contract Manager to ensure alignment with overall project plan
Maintain Change Register and make same available to Project Management, Project Controls as needed
Attend regular planned internal and client facing change management meetings
Report on a weekly / monthly basis as required

Expected:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
8 yrs + experience in Project Controls environment, preferably with Estimate & Schedule exposure
A solid understanding of organizational change
Experience and knowledge of change management principles
Excellent active listening skills
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Ability to engage with senior leadership
Excellent written communication and presentation skills
Resilient with ability to work with challenging stakeholders who are often adverse to change
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with others
Ability to facilitate workshops, documenting business processes and change impacts
