We are a leading speakers bureau in the Middle East, representing world-class keynote speakers, moderators, and thought leaders. We are now hiring a
Management Intern
to work directly with our Management through a unique, immersive 6-month program. Think of this as an elite apprenticeship in leadership, influence, business, and personal branding -- with a front-row seat to a powerhouse in motion.
Internship Objective
To shadow and support the Founder across business, brand, and personal development initiatives -- managing high-level coordination, research, content creation, and behind-the-scenes operations -- while gaining hands-on exposure to a fast-paced, high-caliber leadership environment.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Executive Support & Calendar Management
Be the gatekeeper of The MD's time, schedule, and priorities
Prepare for meetings, briefings, and events with meticulous detail
Anticipate needs and ensure seamless daily flow
2.
Content, Copy & Communication
Draft emails, social media posts, bios, and speaker profiles
Format pitch decks and strategic documents
Coordinate with PR, branding, and media teams
3.
Event & Speaker Support
Assist with speaker management and masterclass logistics
Coordinate content, travel, and preparation for key forums (e.g., FII, Davos, etc.)
Attend select meetings and keep the momentum going behind the scenes
4.
Research & Strategic Insight
Conduct high-level research for speaking engagements, events, and partnerships
Provide summaries, insight briefs, and context notes for decision-making
5.
Special Projects & Personal Branding
Help shape and manage the founder's digital presence and brand strategy
Organize files, ideas, and decks into polished, powerful presentations
Support in planning VIP events, retreats, and personal initiatives

Profile:
Proactive, eloquent, emotionally intelligent, and highly organized
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable with email, calendar tools, Canva, Google Suite, LinkedIn, etc.
Flair:
A natural writer with a good eye for aesthetics and tone
Interests:
Business, branding, media, personal growth, and/or spirituality
Mindset:
Ready for occasional magical chaos, shifting timelines, and 3am inspiration
Stipend
can be a privilege, and not an obligation. Depends on the right candidate.
KPIs (6 Months)
? Ensure >95% accuracy in scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-through
? Draft 10+ content pieces (emails, bios, captions, decks) aligned with brand voice
? Support execution of at least 3 key events, masterclasses, or media appearances
? Maintain and update a structured system of briefs, brand assets, and key notes
? Deliver 1 monthly report on learnings, challenges, and goals
? Exhibit discretion, accountability, and a "figure it out" attitude at all times
