opportunity. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our leadership team in managing day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and team coordination.

This internship is ideal for students or emerging professionals interested in gaining practical experience in management, operations, business strategy, and the intersection of mental health and technology. As a management intern, you will contribute to the growth and optimization of internal processes, team projects, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

Support project management efforts across multiple departments. Assist in the planning and execution of internal strategies, meetings, and deliverables. Help coordinate team communications, timelines, and task tracking. Contribute to documentation, performance metrics, and reporting. Conduct competitive and market research to support strategic decisions. Aid in operational improvements and support leadership in daily management tasks. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide fresh perspectives on team workflow and program effectiveness.

Requirements

Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field. Strong interest in mental health, operations, and organizational leadership. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana). Detail-oriented and proactive in taking initiative. Must be available for an unpaid, remote internship. Minimum time required is 20-25 hours.
