Strong research, reporting, and presentation skills
Excellent written & spoken Arabic & English

Extensive knowledge of the UAEs government service excellence program and the star rating
Proven customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX) knowledge
Excellent Powerpoint or Keynote skills
What do we expect you to do?
Current State Assessment: Conduct thorough internal evaluations of service delivery channels.
Apply 7-Star Rating Standards: Assess centers and digital platforms on the 7-star service criteria.
Develop Improvement Plans: Create and implement improvement plans for service enhancement.
Reporting: Develop and present reports in Arabic and English.
Coordinate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with all involved parties to ensure alignment with project requirements and goals.
What's in it for you?
This position will be offered on a contract basis for a period of 2 to 6 months, with the opportunity for renewal based on business requirements and performance.
Candidates will have an online interview, followed by an in-person interview.
The successful candidate will be expected to work standard office hours, Monday through Friday, at our offices or our clients office in UAE.
