Job Description
Our client is a leading group of companies are looking for an experienced Mall Manager for their family destination shopping center in Sharjah.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with mall tenants.
- Address tenant concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the mall.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure repairs and upkeep are performed efficiently.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Develop and manage the mall\'s operating budget.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimize revenue and reduce expenses.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, property management, or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills [English & Arabic].
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
