We are seeking a

DHA-licensed Registered Nurse

with proven

on-site / construction project experience

to provide first-aid care, monitor workers' health, maintain medical records, and support site HSE teams. The role requires an individual who is confident in handling emergencies, managing site clinics, and coordinating with project management on health and safety matters.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first aid, basic life support, and immediate medical attention to workers on site. Manage daily clinic operations, maintain cleanliness, supplies, and equipment. Conduct routine health checks and monitor chronic or high-risk workers as needed. Keep accurate medical records, injury logs, and daily reports. Assist HSE officers in health awareness campaigns and toolbox talks when required. Ensure compliance with DHA guidelines and site health & safety requirements. Coordinate referrals with hospitals/clinics and manage emergency evacuation if necessary. Support incident investigations by supplying medical information where permitted.

Requirements

Valid

DHA License

as a Registered Nurse or Eligibility. Minimum

2-3 years of nursing experience

, with at least

1 year on a construction / industrial site

. Strong knowledge of first aid, occupational health practices, and emergency response. Good communication skills and ability to work independently on active project sites. Willingness to work in shifts and in outdoor site conditions. Ability to join immediately or within short notice preferred.
