Job Description

Calling for a well

qualified and experienced RBT Therapist

to support a

14-year-old boy with mild to moderate Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

in

Dubai

. This is a

part-time, in-home role

focused on enhancing the child's

social, communication, and learning skills

, with the opportunity to transition into a

full-time position

.

: RBT Therapist (Male only)

Salary

: AED 8,000 - 9,000 per month

Visa

: Can be provided if required

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver

1:1 ABA therapy

in-home, focusing on

social, communication, and functional learning skills

Work collaboratively under the supervision of a

BCBA

Follow and implement individualized

treatment plans and behavior programs

Support and model

appropriate social behaviors

Maintain

detailed documentation

of sessions, progress, and treatment updates Collaborate closely with

parents, caregivers, and other professionals


Candidate Requirements:



Male candidates only

(due to household preferences) Fluent,

clear English speaker

(child communicates only in English) Holds a valid

RBT license

Must be able to provide contact details for current or most recent

BCBA supervisor

Minimum 4 yrs experience in the UAE

as a

therapist (not learning support)

Extensive hands-on experience

working with children with ASD Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for

long-term developmental support

Committed, patient, and consistent with a high level of professionalism Must hold full

RBT qualifications

and have proven

experience delivering therapy


Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED8.00 - AED9.00 per month

Expected hours: 18 per week
