Job Description

Arabic Typing and Speaking Person.

Prepare, track, and follow up on

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

with vendors and internal teams. Manage

contract renewals

, documentation, and expiry tracking. Handle communication in

Arabic and English

(verbal and written). Maintain and update records on

government websites/portals


Requirements



Proven experience as an Office Coordinator, Admin Assistant, or similar role.

Fluency in Arabic and English

(mandatory). Strong knowledge of

government portals

(e.g., e-services, licensing platforms, visa systems). Experience with

AMC preparation

and vendor coordination. Good understanding of

contract renewal tracking

and documentation. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Arabic English Hindi Malayalam
