Description

We are looking to recruit an experienced male or female Gym Membership Consultant to join the team at a progressive and modern fitnessfacility in Dubai.

This role is a full time position with a basic salary of AED 5500and anattractive commission scheme. The package will also include an employment visa, medical insurance, annual flights, and 30 days paid leave.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

- Driving the business forward with generating new customers

- Develop and grow your personal accounts

- Ensure monthly/quarterly sales targets are achieved

- Generate leads through both online and offline channels.

- Building and maintaining a professional relationship with clients

- Building partnerships with other businesses

- Pitching our product range to new clients

- Generate sales reports to provide feedback on effectiveness of campaigns

- Assist the team with innovative ways to build marketing campaigns that would translate to higher leads

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- 3 years of previous experience in Sales & Business Development in the fitness industry

- Strong knowledge in producing sales reports

- Experience with Microsoft Office

- Experience with photography and videography edits

- Age Group: 23-33

- Organised, professional, and responsible

- Excellent communication skills

- Preferred nationalities: European / Arab

- A Bachelor Degree would be advantageous but not required
