Job Overview
Bilfinger is seeking a qualified
Male Nurse
to support occupational health services at project sites in Kuwait. The role focuses on providing first aid, emergency medical care, and health support to employees, ensuring compliance with HSE standards and local regulations.Key Responsibilities
Provide
first aid and emergency medical assistance
at site/workshop/camp Monitor and recorddaily health conditions
of employees Respond toworkplace injuries and medical emergencies
promptly Maintainmedical records, incident reports, and treatment logs
Supportpre-employment, periodic, and fitness-to-work medical checks
Ensureavailability and maintenance of first-aid kits and medical supplies
Coordinate withhospitals, clinics, and ambulance services
when required Assist HSE team inhealth awareness programs and medical drills
Ensure compliance withKuwait Ministry of Health & company HSE policies
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
Nursing
ValidNursing License
(Kuwait MOH license preferred or eligible)2-5 years
experience as a nurse, preferably inindustrial / construction / oil & gas sites
Knowledge ofoccupational health, first aid, and emergency response
Skills & Competencies
Strong
first aid & emergency handling skills
Good documentation and reporting skills Ability to work independently at site Clear communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage) Physically fit to work insite conditions
