Our organization urgently requires Male Nurse to be stationed in one project located in Maldives and ready to join immediately. Preferred Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor\'s degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
- Should be MOH approved ( Should have Ministry of Health certificate )
- Valid nursing license from the regulatory body in the country of practice.
- Minimum of 5 - 8 years of nursing experience, preferably with experience in first aid and emergency response.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to handle medical emergencies effectively.
- Administer immediate first aid to construction workers in case of injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies.
- Assess the severity of injuries and determine appropriate medical care or transportation to medical facilities, if necessary.
- Coordinate with emergency services and medical facilities to ensure timely and efficient care for injured workers.
- Conduct regular health check-ups and medical assessments for construction workers to identify any health issues or occupational hazards.
- Monitor workers\' overall health and well-being during their time on the construction site.
- Educate construction workers about safety measures, accident prevention, and occupational health risks.
- Provide guidance on proper lifting techniques, personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and other safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all medical assessments, treatments, and first aid interventions.
- Prepare incident reports for any workplace accidents or injuries, including details of treatment provided.
- Implement and enforce strict infection control measures on the construction site to prevent the spread of infections.
- Collaborate with the construction site management and safety officers to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
- Communicate effectively with workers, supervisors, and other healthcare professionals regarding health and safety concerns.
- Assist in organizing health and wellness programs, including vaccination drives and health awareness campaigns.
