We are a leading construction company in Dubai, currently seeking a dedicated and experienced
Male Nurse
to join our team at one of our major project sites. This is a full-time, on-site position critical to maintaining the health and safety of our workforce.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for providing primary healthcare, emergency first response, and ongoing medical support to our site employees. Your role is essential in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical care for injuries and illnesses on site.
Manage the site clinic, including maintaining medical records, stock of medicines, and equipment.
Conduct routine health checks and wellness initiatives.
Assist in implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.
Coordinate with local hospitals and clinics for referrals and emergencies.
Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation.
Mandatory Requirements:
Gender:
Male (due to site-specific requirements)
Experience:
Minimum of
2 years
of nursing experience
in Dubai/UAE
.
Certification:
Must possess a
valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license
.
Background:
Prior experience in an industrial, construction, or occupational health setting is a
significant advantage
.
Skills:
Strong clinical, emergency response, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
