Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide immediate first aid and emergency care to injured or ill workers on-site or in camp. Monitor and manage medical supplies and equipment at the first aid station or clinic. Maintain accurate medical records, injury reports, and daily health logs. Assist in health inspections and hygiene checks across camp and site facilities. Support the HSE team in conducting toolbox talks, health awareness campaigns, and safety drills. Coordinate with local hospitals, clinics, and emergency services when needed. Report all incidents and treatments to the HSE Manager promptly. Monitor health conditions like heat stress, dehydration, etc., especially during summer. Administer prescribed medications and follow up on treatment plans when necessary. Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and infection control in the medical room. Support in pre-employment medicals and health screening as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Degree in Nursing (recognized and licensed by UAE Health Authority - DOH/HAAD/DHA/MOH). Valid UAE nursing license or eligibility letter is

mandatory

. Minimum

2-4 years

of experience in a similar role, preferably in construction or remote site settings. BLS/ACLS certified (preferred). Familiarity with occupational health protocols and construction site safety procedures.

Key Skills:

Strong first aid and emergency response capability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and handle stressful situations calmly. Record keeping and basic reporting knowledge. Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu/Malayalam is an advantage.
