Our client in construction industry is looking for a Male Nurse to join their team. The main responsibility ois to ensure the health and safety of the employees working on construction sites. Responsibilities:- Administer first aid and immediate care for construction-related injuries and illnesses.
- Assess and triage injured or unwell personnel, and coordinate with medical professionals as needed.
- Monitor and maintain the health and well-being of construction staff.
- Collaborate with safety officers to enforce safety regulations and practices.
- Provide health education and preventive care guidance to construction personnel.
- Maintain and manage medical supplies and equipment.
- Document and report all medical incidents and interventions.
- Assist in organizing health and safety training and awareness programs.
- Promote a culture of health and safety on construction sites.
- Support emergency response procedures during drills and real-time incidents.
- Valid nursing degree and license.
- Previous experience in a nursing role or in an occupational health setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical emergency procedures, first aid, and safety protocols.
- Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Familiarity with medical equipment and supplies.
- Willingness to work on-site and respond to medical emergencies, often in challenging conditions.
- Ability to collaborate with construction personnel, safety officers, and healthcare providers.
