Assist in organizing and setting up the Camp Connect Health Office Making sure inventory of First-Aid kits is supplied and maintained Maintain insurance forms and camper health forms Keep a daily log of the camper\xe2\x80\x99s office visits Accept and store all prescription and over-the-counter drugs Administer prescription and over-the-counter drugs when necessary Assist in providing a staff orientation for the Camp Connect Health Office Illness and injury management Communication with customers and counselors of camper\xe2\x80\x99s illness or injury Be a medical resource that would bridge the gap between basic medical knowledge and emergencies Providing First Aid for: o cuts, scrapes and bruises o bee stings o dehydration and sunburn Collect and analyze enrollment trends Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned Organize and maintain personnel records Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules) Participate in HR projects (e.g., help organize a job fair event) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Ability to commute/relocate:
