Male Massage Therapist

Job Description
To provide therapeutic massage treatments to patients in a hospital environment to support pain relief, relaxation, rehabilitation, and overall wellness, as part of an integrated healthcare team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Patient Care & Treatment:
Perform therapeutic massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release) as prescribed or recommended by healthcare providers. Assist in pain management, rehabilitation, stress reduction, and improved circulation. Work with patients recovering from surgery, injury, or illness, tailoring treatments to their medical condition.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Maintain clear documentation of treatment plans and progress in patient records.Compliance & Safety:
Follow hospital policies, hygiene, and infection control protocols. Ensure proper equipment sanitization and maintain a clean, safe environment. Adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards.Education & Guidance:
Educate patients on self-care techniques, posture, and exercises to complement massage therapy. Stay updated with new techniques and hospital-approved practices.Administrative & Support Functions:
Schedule and manage therapy sessions in alignment with hospital guidelines. Assist in departmental reports and audits when required.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
