Job Description

We are looking for MALE LEGAL ADVISOR with minimum 3 years of work experience in UAE to handle below:

1. Assists in the oversight and management of the legal and compliance office and for providing counsel and operations support on a broad range of matters including regulatory compliance, employment, risk management, contracts

Legal Consultation and Case Management: The candidate should be capable of providing legal advice and overseeing all legal cases for FAM, including handling disputes in international arbitration and across various courts.

Court Representation and Expert Hearings: The candidate must be able to represent the company in front of the courts, attending hearings when permitted by law. Additionally, the candidate must have experience in appearing before experts when required.

Legal Drafting and Appeals: The ideal candidate should be skilled in drafting legal memoranda and preparing appeals for submission to higher courts, ensuring the defense of the company at all stages of litigation.

Contract Management: The candidate must have extensive experience in dealing with different types of contracts and contracting methods to safeguard the company's legal interests.

2. Execution Officer/Representative:

Execution File Management: The candidate must have the ability to handle and manage execution files, working closely with all relevant judicial and governmental authorities.

Court and Authority Representation: The candidate should be proficient in drafting requests and handling all necessary documentation and requirements as a representative before courts and governmental authorities.

Driving License and Car: The candidate must possess a valid driving license and own a car for fieldwork, as this role requires travel.

Any other official job assigned by the management.
