We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated
IT Support Fresher
to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in their home country and a solid understanding of both hardware and software.Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues. Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment. Assist in system updates, backups, and security monitoring. Support end-users with day-to-day IT requirements. Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
Requirements:
Previous IT support/technical experience in home country (mandatory). Good knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications. Basic understanding of networking concepts. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Currently available in the UAE.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
