Job Description

Duties
Manages HRIS systems, performs data entry, and ensures accuracy of data for all workforce/employee changes
Support the development and implementation of HR programs.
Implement and support policies and procedures.
Involved in the recruitment cycle.
Develop induction programs for new employees.
Collates and inputs all relevant information relating to payroll on a monthly basis.
Assist in performance management processes.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Complies with local legal requirements and prepares needed actions.
Manage and maintain contracts, personnel files and other employee information.
Maintain appropriate records and create tracking reports for all actions and initiatives.
Ensure appropriate security for all HR-related information.
Assist the HR Team with ad-hoc projects and duties when required. Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field
HR credentials will be of an added advantage
Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of HRMS is a plus
Understanding of Labor Laws and disciplinary actions
Preferred bilingual, writing and verbal
Minimum 2 years' experience in Human Resources . Nationality : Arabs (Lebanese / Syrian / Palestinian / Iraqi) Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to KD400.000 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Salmiya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
