. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing patient-centered care in accordance with established medical protocols and facility standards. This role may involve working in general wards, male patient units, homecare, or other specialized areas based on assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care and monitor patient conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Support patient education on health conditions, medications, and post-discharge care.
Comply with infection control practices, patient safety standards, and ethical guidelines.
Respond effectively to medical emergencies as part of the clinical team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing or equivalent).
Must hold a
valid HAAD/DOH license
or be
DOH exam passer/eligible
.
Minimum
2 years of clinical experience
(UAE experience preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends.
Must be currently residing in the UAE or willing to relocate.
