Assist with receiving, arranging, replenishing, and moving raw materials and finished plastic products.
Production Support:
Support skilled workers and supervisors by feeding items into equipment, assisting with assembly, and performing other tasks as needed to keep the production line running smoothly.
Workplace Maintenance:
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the production floor, equipment, and warehouse, ensuring tools and equipment are in good condition.
Safety and Quality:
Adhere to all safety regulations and quality standards in the factory to prevent damages or defects in the products.
Machinery Operation:
Operate and monitor machinery as instructed, potentially including feeding or removing parts from machines.
Quality Control:
Pull damaged or ineffective products off the production line and identify areas for process improvement.
Training and Flexibility:
Be willing to learn new tasks and assist in other areas or positions as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills & Qualities
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
Attention to detail to ensure product quality and safety.
Physical stamina to perform tasks in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Self-motivation and the ability to work effectively without constant direct supervision.
