We are seeking an energetic, motivating, and professional
Male Group Exercise (GX) Instructor
to lead engaging and safe group fitness sessions for members of all fitness levels. The ideal candidate will deliver dynamic workouts, foster a positive class environment, and help members achieve their health and wellness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a variety of group exercise classes such as HIIT, circuit training, strength conditioning, functional training, indoor cycling, bootcamp, or dance-based fitness (depending on specialization).
Provide clear instruction and proper demonstration of exercises to ensure correct form, safety, and maximum benefit.
Motivate and inspire participants to reach their fitness goals while maintaining a fun and inclusive environment.
Monitor participants during class to ensure safe exercise execution and offer modifications when necessary.
Arrive early to prepare equipment, music, and class setup; ensure studio cleanliness after class.
Stay updated with current fitness trends and continuously improve teaching skills.
Represent the gym's brand standards and uphold professionalism at all times.
Engage with members before and after classes to build rapport and encourage retention.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Certified Group Exercise Instructor (e.g., ACE, AFAA, Les Mills, ISSA, NASM, or equivalent).
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred or required).
Prior experience teaching group fitness classes (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
Strong interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills.
High energy, passion for fitness, and commitment to helping others succeed.
Ability to adapt workouts for participants of varying fitness levels.
Punctual, reliable, and professional appearance.
