lead powerful group classes

, dominate cardio-based training, and also support members with

strength training as a secondary role

We are hiring a

Group Fitness, Cardio & Strength Training Coach

.

Primary Focus:

Group Fitness Classes & Cardio Training

Secondary Focus:

Strength Training & General Gym Floor Coaching

The ideal candidate is energetic, confident with groups, strong in cardio programming, and capable of coaching basic-to-intermediate strength training safely and effectively.

Primary Responsibilities (MOST IMPORTANT)



Lead

high-energy group fitness classes

(HIIT, Cardio, Fat Burn, Conditioning, Circuit Training, Bootcamp-style sessions) Design and deliver

cardio-focused workouts

aimed at fat loss, stamina, and endurance Manage and motivate

small to large groups

with confidence and authority Maintain class structure, timing, intensity, and safety Adapt workouts for

different fitness levels

within the same class

Secondary Responsibilities



Assist members with

strength training exercises

on the gym floor Coach correct form for basic compound lifts and machine-based workouts Support strength-focused programs when required Help with general training duties during non-class hours

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS



Proven experience in

Group Fitness Training

(ESSENTIAL) Strong knowledge of

Cardio Training, HIIT, and Conditioning

(ESSENTIAL) Working knowledge of

Strength Training principles

(SECONDARY) Ability to safely coach exercises and prevent injuries Certification in Personal Training or Group Fitness (Preferred) Excellent communication and motivational skills High energy, confident personality Punctual, disciplined, and professional attitude

BONUS SKILLS (ADVANTAGE BUT NOT REQUIRED)



Experience with transformation or fat-loss programs Basic nutrition knowledge CPR / First Aid certification Ability to promote classes and increase member participation
