Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver customized fitness and bodybuilding programs tailored to clients' individual needs and goals.
Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions with emphasis on strength, conditioning, and overall fitness.
Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques, form, and injury prevention.
Track and monitor client progress, adjusting programs as needed to maximize results.
Motivate and inspire clients to maintain commitment to their fitness journey.
Offer basic nutritional advice aligned with training goals.
Ensure the gym environment is safe, clean, and welcoming.
Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in fitness and bodybuilding.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Fitness Coach / Personal Trainer
, specializing in bodybuilding and strength training.
Certification in fitness training, bodybuilding, or related field (e.g., ISSA, ACE, NASM, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science.
Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.
Ability to work with clients of all fitness levels and backgrounds.
Passionate, energetic, and dedicated to helping others achieve their goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in gym or health club environment.
Knowledge of sports nutrition and supplementation.
First Aid and CPR certification.
