Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and ensure the safety of all swimmers and guests.
Monitor pool activities to prevent accidents and unsafe behavior.
Respond promptly and efficiently to emergencies and incidents.
Administer
First Aid, CPR, and AED
when necessary.
Enforce pool rules and safety regulations in a courteous and professional manner.
Conduct routine inspections of the pool, equipment, and surrounding facilities to identify potential hazards.
Provide excellent customer service and assist guests as needed.
Participate in ongoing training sessions and emergency preparedness drills.
Requirements:
Valid
Lifeguard Certification & License
(EIACC or equivalent preferred).
Strong swimming and rescue skills.
Certified in
First Aid, CPR, and AED
.
Excellent observation and quick decision-making skills.
Professional appearance and good communication skills.
Previous experience as a lifeguard is an advantage.
Immediate joiners preferred.
