to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all pool users by preventing and responding to emergencies.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of all swimmers and guests at the pool/beach.
Monitor activities in and around the water to prevent accidents.
Respond quickly and effectively to all emergencies.
Administer First Aid/CPR when required.
Enforce safety rules and regulations in a professional manner.
Inspect pool area, equipment, and facilities for hazards.
Provide excellent customer service and assist guests when needed.
Participate in regular training and emergency drills.
Requirements:
Valid lifeguard Certification & License
Strong swimming skills and ability to perform rescues.
Knowledge of CPR, First Aid, and AED.
Ability to remain alert and focused for long periods.
Professional appearance and communication skills.
Previous experience as a lifeguard (preferred).
