Designation : Engineer (Electrical) Industry - Pharma / Healthcare/ Medical Experience : At least 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in similar organisation in Pharma / Health care / Medical Industry in GCC. Qualification : Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering. Salary : AED 10 -12 K pm \xef\x82\xb7 Summary : Responsible to adhere with the cGMP principle. Ensure proper maintenance, handling of machines and of all related equipment in the factory. \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible to all the machineries of production and packaging line in order to achieve line capacities hourly and maximise line efficiency, \xef\x82\xb7 Ensures safety and proper procedures are followed in the operation. \xef\x82\xb7 Identify inefficient troubleshoot equipment, install and configure operating systems, and hardware components, maintain, and support procedures for manufacturing process. Role & Duties: a. Responsible for compliance with cGMP principles and maintain them in effective manner and provide engineering support to Factory. b. Maintenance, ensure proper handling of machines and all related equipment in the department to achieve desired result and meet Factory\xe2\x80\x99s standards and requirements. c. Responsible for Preventive maintenance, Calibration, Breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting of Utility Equipment, QC Equipment, HVAC Equipment, BMS System & Process Equipment. d. Responsible for identifying inefficiencies and analysing employee and aggregation machinery workflow to repair mechanical systems by first isolating complex problems and then determining ways to troubleshoot where the process can be streamlined for lower costs and higher productivity. e. Responsible for Qualification, Validation, Calibration, Job work Order, Change control, Deviation, Risk Assessment etcetera. f. Responsible for preparation of qualification protocols and reports for Utilities, Process Equipment and QC instruments g. Maintain all related logbooks and complete records of equipment of all kinds of maintenance carried out covering breakdown, corrective and preventive maintenance. h. Prepare and implement Preventive Maintenance Program periodically along with necessary records and documentation in order to present at any time for the necessary inspection and audits. i. Responsible for AMCs of Utility equipment & External Agencies for calibration j. Accountable for Occupational Health Safety (as per Civil Defence regulations) for the company includes waste Management (Wastewater disposal NOC, Pharmaceutical waste Disposal Permit etcetera). k. Co-ordination with local authorities and complying the statutory requirements. l. At times it may be necessary to work additional hours in order to accomplish the required tasks to meet deadlines Competencies: a. Highly result oriented. b.
