Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness within various facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants.
Duties
Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas Empty trash receptacles and replace liners Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies Follow proper safety procedures and guidelines Notify management of any repairs or maintenance needed
Qualifications
Experience in residential painting, commercial cleaning, or related field is advantageous Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing Ability to perform custodial and porter duties effectively Familiarity with industrial cleaning standards is a plus Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and management.
