MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Day to day site cleaning including all areas from basement to top floor, both internally and externally. Work with the cleaning to ensure checklists are filled in correctly and regular checks on all areas to ensure that are kept acceptably clean. Attend to emergency spills and situations as and when necessary. Knows & operates all cleaning equipment as trained. Assist in monitoring stock levels and with ordering. Follow HSEQ policies and procedures and ensures staff understand these procedures. Follow up and complete work orders on time. Ensure good customer service is applied at all times. Willing to help as and when required to ensure the site is running and looking good at all times. Be honest & responsible.
EXPERIENCES REQUIRED:

Good English written, spoken and understanding. Good understanding of cleaning standards and requirements. Good people skills and communication with tenants, Call Centre, staff and management on a daily basis.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

High School/Relevant qualification or minimum 3 years working experience in cleaning, building and hospitality industry.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCY:

People skills, good knowledge of the cleaning industry, attention to detail, good communication, confident & extrovert.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
