We are hiring a Male Chief Operating Officer (COO) for our reputable Company in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations in production, warehouse, logistics, procurement & HR
- Strengthen teams through recruitment, training & succession planning
- Ensure compliance with Free Zone & regulatory requirements
- Implement policies, KPIs & cost controls to boost efficiency
- Prepare & present reports to senior management
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or HR
- 10 years of experience in Manufacturing, Industrial or Trading sectors
- Proficiency in HR, labor law
- Age between 35 - 55
- Fluent in English
We are Offering:
- UAE visa, Medical Insurance & End-of-Service benefits
- Salary around 25000 - 30000 AED + Bonuses
- Housing, Transportation and Travel allowances
- Working Days 5 Days / Week + 2 Saturdays
