Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts.
Ensure consistent quality, texture, and presentation of baked products.
Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
Operate and maintain baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers.
Monitor baking times and temperatures for optimal results.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking and preparation areas.
Manage inventory of baking supplies and ingredients.
Innovate and introduce new recipes and product ideas.
Requirements:
Proven experience in bread and pastry baking.
Ability to work independently while maintaining high product quality.
Strong knowledge of baking equipment, ingredients, and hygiene standards.
Must be available to join immediately.
Valid NOC is required.
