Deliver tailored teaching activities to pupils on either a one-to-one basis or in small groups
Make sure that the Students you support can engage in learning and stay on task during the lesson or activity
Assist the SEN in day to day running of the class
Support the social and emotional development of pupils, reporting any issues when required
Support the SEN teacher in managing challenging pupil behaviour and promoting positive behaviour
Help with the planning of some lessons
Provide detailed and regular feedback to teachers on students' progress
Carry out administrative duties, such as preparing classroom resources and attendance
Delivered personalized one-on-one support to students under the guidance of a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher.
Ensured student's well-being at all times
Facilitated safe boarding and getting off for a student on the school bus.
Create art displays of pupils' artwork
Help with extracurricular activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Special Education
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with special needs students
Good communication and writing skills in English
Preferred UAE national
