Key Responsibilities:
Lead HR operations across assigned resorts within the cluster.
Implement HR strategies in line with organizational goals and local labor regulations.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention across all locations.
Ensure compliance with Maldivian employment laws and resort standards.
Guide employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
Drive talent development, performance appraisals, and succession planning.
Manage HR reporting, budgeting, and coordination with finance/payroll.
Foster an inclusive, engaging, and productive work culture.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum
5-7 years
of HR leadership experience in
hospitality/resort operations
.
Prior experience in
multi-property or cluster-level HR roles
is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, local labor law, and training frameworks.
Maldives or remote island experience preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills.
