Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present quality dishes in assigned kitchen sections
Maintain consistency, presentation, and food standards for buffet and a la carte
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in your area and follow food safety standards
Support Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
Manage stock, mise en place, and kitchen organization
Assist in training junior staff when needed
Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely food service
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5-star hotel or resort
Experience in buffet or multi-cuisine operations preferred
Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP
Able to work under pressure and in a team environment
Willingness to relocate and live on-site in the Maldives
