Responsible for driving sales growth for a cosmetic/makeup product line through channel development, team management, and strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Manage and train sales representatives/beauty advisors.
Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
Plan and coordinate product launches, promotions, and retail merchandising.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare sales forecasts.
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and brand visibility initiatives.
Qualifications
3-7+ years of experience in beauty/cosmetics sales.
Knowledge of makeup products, trends, and consumer behavior.
Fluent in English and Arabic
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience with retail chains, distributors, or e-commerce preferred.
