To provide hospitality services in the Majlis and general office support, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a professional environment for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain the Majlis area in a clean and presentable condition
Serve Arabic coffee (Gahwa), tea, water, and refreshments to guests and staff
Maintain cleanliness of Majlis, office areas, pantry, and meeting rooms
Arrange seating and setup for meetings, guests, and events
Clean and maintain utensils, cups, and serving equipment
Assist with photocopying, filing, and document delivery within the office
Manage pantry and hospitality supplies and report shortages
Support administrative staff with day-to-day tasks
Follow hygiene, safety, and cultural etiquette standards
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
Previous experience in Majlis service, hospitality, or office support preferred
Knowledge of Majlis etiquette is an advantage
Basic communication skills in English or Arabic
Neat appearance and good personal hygiene
Physically fit and able to perform routine duties
Reliable, punctual, and cooperative
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED1,200.00 per month
