- Interaction with employees and contract manpower on site.

- Interaction with third party suppliers / contractors
Activities

• Execute and programmed preventive maintenance and ensure adherence to the defined preventive maintenance KPI's.
• Execute Demand Maintenance activities independently to minimize loss of productive time.
• Ensure all aspects of preventive and demand maintenance are carried out in a safe manner and comply to asset integrity guidelines.
• Supervise inhouse and contractor resource within the assigned area during execution of preventive and demand maintenance activities.
• Carryout isolation of equipment's and issue necessary work permits.
• Prepare corrective and preventive action for repeated demand maintenance works and ensure action plan is implemented.
• Identify additional spare parts requirement for equipment's and notify Maintenance executive to source spare to avoid downtime of equipment.
• Shift report writing and handing over to next shift.
• Maintain records of work permits on daily basis and handing over of hardcopy documents to HSSEQ department.
• Support team member in implementation of DMAIC projects and active role in 5s.
• Maintain technical information and drawings to ensure that all details of equipment and maintenance records are up to date in CMMS and as per asset integrity procedure.
• Tracking and monitoring of goods exit/entry of equipment going out from maintenance for repair.
• Validation material receipt for maintenance process.
• Continuous vigilance to improve the OEE of filling lines to achieve the defined target.
• Support various CO2e reduction projects submitted/recommended from plant team, group.
• Extend support to implement actions on 'safety action points' assigned for Projects & Maintenance process

Candidate Profile
Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering
• Good technical knowledge on utility equipment's. manufacturing process and packaging equipment's, on trouble shooting of equipment's, of Engineering stores operations, Good knowledge of spare parts management.

Skills:

• Basic Computer skills
• Knowledge of CMMS and process flow within CMMS
• Tool Management Skills

Experience:

• Approx. 3-5 years' experience, in hands on maintenance in a reasonably complex multinational Production and Manufacturing industry environment.

Education:

• Diploma/Equivalent in electrical / instrumentation
• NCTVT
