Roles and Responsibilities
Desired Candidate Profile ITI in Fitter with minimum 7 years experience in any leading cosmetic manufacturing company
Role:Foreman / Technician Salary: 6,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A. Industry:FMCG Functional Area:Production, Manufacturing & Engineering Role Category:Operations, Maintenance & Support Employment Type:Full Time, Permanent
- Working in Shifts.
- Able to read machine manuals and spare part identification and troubleshoot.
- Maintenance of mechanical Seals, Vacuum Pump, transfer pump, Lobe, Head metering, Centrifugal & Screw type.
- Working and maintenance knowledge of Liquid / cream filling machines, Tube Filling, labeling machine, shrink wrap machines, VFFS & HFSS.
- Working and maintenance knowledge of Manufacturing mixing vessels, gear box, Lobe pump, centrifugal pump, diaphragm pump ,Vacuum pump etc.
- Working and general maintenance knowledge of PLC, VFD, sensors, limit switch, solenoid valves
- Basic knowledge of RO & DM Plant, Air Compressor and Boiler.
- Preventive maintenance scheduling and record keeping knowledge
- Continuous improvement, Kaizen Knowledge.
- Working and general maintenance knowledge of Liquid / cream filling machines, labeling machine, shrink wrap machines, FFS, Manufacturing vessels, air compressor, RO & DM plant ,Boiler
