Qualification: A Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
Experience: 5 to 15 years of proven experience in a similar maintenance role, preferably within high-rise buildings.
Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting, mechanical and electrical repairs, and system modernization. Experience with multiple equipment brands is valued.
License: A UAE driving license is a strong preference and will be advantageous.
