Urgently Required Property Maintenance

Have knowledge of Electrical/Plumbing/HVAC
AC experienced is advantaged
To undertake plumbing, painting, decorating, carpentry and minor electrical and mechanical engineering work as necessary to maintain safe and efficient systems within the building
Perform Preventive Maintenance work orders
A minimum of three years building or hotel maintenance experience
Flexible with shift schedule
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and staff
Knowledge of English language
Visa + Medical + Food + Accommodation Provided

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months Salary: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
