Perform daily maintenance tasks and ensure completion to the highest standards. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational concerns. Monitor and manage workshop inventory, tools, and spare parts; place orders as required. Follow assigned task schedules and ensure timely execution of duties. Support the department in maintaining guest satisfaction through quick and effective repairs. Ensure full compliance with hotel emergency procedures and safety regulations. Remain familiar with company standards, operational manuals, and maintenance policies. Participate in new hotel opening projects or assigned task force operations when needed. Carry out any other reasonable tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications

Diploma or certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Strong technical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple priorities. * Ability to learn the hotel maintenance standards and safety practices.
