Job Description

We are looking for a thorough Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of Valet Parking items. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as installation, repairing the electrical part of the equipment. Direct and arrange the delivery of new equipment to clients' locations while ensuring the condition of equipment. Install equipment at markings or follow-up with client on installation if applicable. Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors,, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions. Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogues, as necessary Carry out timely follow-up on all related tasks that are done by other departments such as approvals, purchase and payments or third parties. Maintain and manage all maintenance and equipment records and files databases. Requirements: Proven experience as maintenance technician Basic understanding of electrical and other systems Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills Good physical condition and strength with a willingness in different shifts.
