Maintenance Technician

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC production machinery (e.g., coil winding machines, filter assembly lines, conveyor systems, pleaters, cutters). Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components in manufacturing equipment. Maintain and service in-house HVAC systems, including chillers, air compressors, ductwork, and ventilation systems. Replace and calibrate sensors, belts, motors, drives, fans, and other HVAC-related components. Assist in the installation, setup, and testing of new manufacturing equipment. Monitor equipment performance and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, equipment histories, and compliance checklists. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO). Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
