Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure that our facilities and equipment are maintained to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, identifying, and repairing equipment malfunctions, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide recommendations for repair.
Repair and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment, including motors, pumps, HVAC systems, Overhead cranes. Etc
Monitor equipment performance and conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and parts used.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all equipment is integrated properly with other systems.
Communicate with suppliers and vendors to order necessary parts and equipment.
Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and protocols.
Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with all regulations and protocols.
Keep up to date with industry trends and technological advances in maintenance procedures and equipment.

Qualifications:

ITI or equivalent technical certification in a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, including experience with mechanical and electrical equipment
Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
