Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician with at least 2-3 years of experience in an industrial or steel plant environment to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant machinery and mechanical systems (e.g., rolling mills, furnaces, conveyors).
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults. o Conduct regular inspections to identify wear, leaks, or potential system failures.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machines or equipment upgrades. o Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts used.
Collaborate with production teams and engineers to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
Follow strict safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, PPE use, and equipment shutdown protocols.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to reliability, maintenance, and operational performance.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance in the steel or heavy industry.
Solid knowledge of industrial mechanical systems, tools, and troubleshooting techniques. o Basic understanding of electrical and control systems is a plus.
Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
